George L. Allen County Courthouse - Dallas, TX

A nine-story, 208,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing courthouse, including 18 new courtrooms and four renovated courtrooms. The mechanical design consisted of a centralized air handling unit on the roof to supply 250,000 CFM to multiple VAV boxes with hot water heating on each of the nine floors. The existing central plant was also modified with the addition of six pumps, two heat exchangers, two 1000 ton chillers and a new 4000 ton cooling tower. The central plant was also connected to two other buildings owned by Dallas County

FBOP FCI El Reno Water Feasibility Study - El Reno, OK

Feasibility study of the domestic water supply distribution system at the FCI El Reno, Oklahoma facility. Project scope included upgrading the system and addressing security concerns. A water distribution system was proposed that included installing new piping and equipment, including a 1,000,000 gallon ground storage tank, a 250,000 gallon elevated tank, supply pumps, controls, water treatment and a standby power generator set
